Dental Hygiene

While your regular dental cleanings and exams are an essential part of your dental hygiene routine, your at-home hygiene routine is just as important! We encourage you to brush and floss twice daily. Our experienced dental hygienists will help you formulate a oral hygiene routine to practice at home that will be suited to you.

It is important to brush for 2 minutes, and no less! This allows you to thoroughly brush all of the leftover food particles and plaque from your teeth to help prevent decay. Flossing will help you clean out the spaces between your teeth where harmful bacteria-filled material likes to hide.
